What is Verigo?

Verigo is a service which provides its users cheap, fast and practical opportunities that can be used online (for free), or calls trough the other operators, SMS or MMS sending, file transfer (for free) and chat (for free).

Who can use Verigo?

For now Verigo is available only for KKTCELL subscribers. The system that will allow online Verigo subscription is under construction.

How can I reach Verigo?

You can reach Verigo by using PC version of Web version of Verigo, which are available on www.Verigo.com.

How big is the Verigo Test System?

Verigo system is approximately 8.3 MB. Downloading Verigo takes about 8 minutes with 256 kbps ADSL connections.

Is it necessary to download Verigo each time it is used?

It is adequate to download Verigo’s PC version from www.Verigo.com once. If there is any update you receive an information message during login. In that case, it is recommended download it again in order to benefit from the new applications. Verigo's web version controls updates every time it is. In the case of an update related files are pulled out from the server. If not the files that are previously downloaded files in RAM put in to access.

What is the necessary hardware for Verigo?

Pentium 4 or newer version.
256 MB or bigger memory
An audio controller.

What are the other issues to be concerned while using Verigo?

Verigo users can use their 7 digit mobile numbers for login. For example: If your number is 0533 1234567, for login you will write 1234567.
In order to enter the system Verigo users should use their Super Passwords (Sper Sifre).It will be enough to write SIFRE and send it to 8780.
Sper Sifre (Super Password) , can be considered as PIN code for Verigo applications. We suggest you to remember and keep safely your Sper Sifre (Super Password).

According to which tariff Verigo is charged?

Online chat and audio communication between Verigo users will be free. For the Kuzey Kibris TURKCELL subscribers with the same price you would pay as you are in TRNC. Everywhere in the World you can call, send SMS and MMS to other GSM operators (the ones KKTCELL have contract with) or land phones with Kuzey Kibris TURKCELL prices.
File transfer on Verigo is free.

How can I make calls by using Verigo?

For making a call after you write your mobile number and super password on Verigo use the Search key and select the number you want to call from the list on the window and insert the 7 digit number. You can use the Verigo's key team or your computers keyboard. Then click the Call key and start the call. In order to end the call, click the End key. You can also use Verigo's contacts page to start a call. You may click twice the number you want to call on the contacts page or select the number on the contacts list and click the call button. Or you can use the right click on your mouse and click the contacts profile by doing this you can also reach the other numbers.

How can I send SMS by using Verigo?

For sending SMS click the Search key and then click the SMS key on the window that will open. Insert the number, which you want to send SMS and write the message below the text. Click the Send key to send. SMS on Verigo is limited with 160 characters. You can also use the Verigo's contacts page. Click the right key on your mouse and send the SMS.

How can I send MMS by using Verigo?

For sending MMS click the Search key and then click the MMS key on the window that will open. Insert the number which you want to send sound file, picture and write the message below the number if you like. You can see the MMS you want to send by using the preview key. Click the Send key to send. MMS on Verigo is limited with 300 Kbyte You can also use the Verigo's contacts page. Click the right key on your mouse and click the contact you want to send MMS.

How can I make file transfer by using Verigo?

You can only transfer file to the online Verigo users. File transfer speed depends on your connection speed. In order to transfer file use the right click on the contact and select the File Transfer option. Then use the search button on the opened window in order to select the file you want to transfer or write the name of the file to the File Name space.

How can I search for other Verigo users for chat by using Verigo?

Use the "search" button on the Verigo PC version and open the window that includes the "user search" and by using the user search button you can check the profiles would like to find.

Whats the use of my profile?

Your profile includes your personal information that you would like the other users to reach.

How can you check the conditions of Verigo users?

With the Online, Offline, Available for Chat, Busy, Will Be Right Back, Away, Appear Offline options users can determine their condition.

What the use is of Blocked on the Verigo’s main menu?

You can use the right click on the contacts and select the blocked option in order to prevent the users from learning your condition; The selected contacts will be transferred to Blocked page.

How can I chat by using Verigo?

Select the users you want to chat with from the list and on the same page below you will see the Chat button. Click the Chat button to start the chat. Or select the user from the contact; use the right click on the name and select Send Message button in order to start the chat.
